展柜安装前的准备工作

1.展柜出厂

展柜制作完成后，要经过最终的厂方检查，检查所有展示道具是否制作合格，是否能够正确的组装搭建等。也要检查产品的包装问题，确保包装完整，防止在搬运过程中损坏产品。展柜装车要固定好，以免在运输过程中晃动而撞坏产品。卸车时也要小心搬运。展柜打好包装后，要提前安装物流运输，包装货物正常发货。

2.整装出发

在出发之前要仔细检查好装所需的工具，材料，设备以及安装人员，有无备齐。最好安排两个人各检查一遍。因为也许一个人检查会忽略某个细小的东西，两个人检查就多个保障。

3.施工现场

安装之前，要去商场办理相关的证件，包括施工证，具体安装人员证件等。办理施工证所需要准备的材料有：电工证，施工方营业执照，施工人员身份证，施工押金等（这个与甲方协商一般由甲方承担）。安装前要再一次根据现场所量的尺寸以及实际做出的展柜尺寸是否一致，确保规格尺寸完全正确，产品表面无刮花等问题，要指定全面的安装计划，并且在安装时要依次按照安装按部就班的去安装。安装过程中也要注意客户店面的卫生，并且要注意保护地面以免损坏客人商场地面造成客人不便。

展柜安装后的验收

1.展柜安装完毕

清理现场，施工方坚持展柜道具是否按图纸正确安装，保证工程质量。

2.商场验收

商场方面主要坚持是否按照商场要求的区域之内，以及是否按商场审核的图纸来制作的，制作的效果是否能够达到商场的规划要求。包括电源，电线是否是按照商场要求来做的；最重要的是，是否破坏了商场的设备设施空间等。

3.甲方验收

一般商场验收完毕，甲方也不会有太大问题，也就是一些细节问题是否满足施工要求，工艺是否达到要求等。

After the production of the display cabinet is completed, it needs to go through the final factory inspection to check whether all display props are made qualified and whether they can be correctly assembled and constructed. It is also necessary to check the packaging of the product to ensure its integrity and prevent damage to the product during transportation. The display cabinet should be securely fixed during loading to avoid shaking and damaging the product during transportation. Be careful when unloading the vehicle. After the display cabinet is packaged, logistics transportation should be installed in advance, and the packaged goods should be shipped normally.

2. Departing in full sets

Before departure, carefully inspect the necessary tools, materials, equipment, and installation personnel for readiness. It's best to arrange for two people to each check. Because perhaps one person's inspection may overlook a small thing, two people's inspection provides multiple safeguards.

3. Construction site

Before installation, you need to go to the mall to obtain relevant documents, including construction permits, specific installation personnel certificates, etc. The materials required to apply for a construction certificate include: electrician certificate, business license of the construction party, ID card of the construction personnel, construction deposit, etc. (this is usually borne by Party A after consultation with Party A). Before installation, it is necessary to check again whether the dimensions measured on site and the actual dimensions of the display cabinet are consistent, to ensure that the specifications and dimensions are completely correct, and that there are no scratches or other issues on the surface of the product. A comprehensive installation plan should be specified, and installation should be carried out step by step according to the installation sequence. 3. Acceptance by Party A
