1、商场入口方向
我们需要根据商场的周边的道路车流量、人流量来确定商场的入口方向,在做规划之前,一定要做好市场调查。另外还有其他的一些考虑因素,比如附近是否有集中的居民生活区、停车场的位置等等。

7、是否要规划下沉广场
其实现在很多地方,下沉广场也做的很不错,比如有很多的超市,则放在了地下,同样能够带来不少的人流量;或者是引入一些餐饮商家,这样也能够带动下沉广场的人流量。
而对于临近地铁出入口的商场来说,下沉广场的人流量也会很不错,商铺类型的局限性也更小。
